The co-signer, also known as the indemnnitor, is financially liable for the bail bond and their liability is limited to the full face value of the bail bond along with any recovery costs if the defendant fails to appear and is not returned to the court system within the allocated time period.

WHAT IF I AM CALLING FROM ANOTHER STATE OR OUT OF THE AREA?

No matter where you are calling from, if you have a friend of family member in custody, it is still possible to obtain a bail bond.  The process involved simply requires faxing the contract to you and then us accepting a credit card and/or wire transfer for the bond premium.
